For theory, the ForAllPilots revision bank covers the BIA, the PPL and the ATPL: BIA question bank (FR), PPL question bank (FR) and ATPL question bank (FR).
For psychometric tests, the site offers practice exercises (not official tests), included with the ATPL subscription. Only the Air France and HOP guides link them to specific tests, based on the site's descriptions: for the other airlines, ForAllPilots does not say which tests are used.
The number of aircraft is only given when a published source states it, with its date, on the airline's page. This information changes over time: always check the current conditions with the airline before applying. ForAllPilots is an independent site: it is not affiliated with any airline and publishes no job offers.
