Pilot recruitment at Norwegian
100% Boeing 737 fleet. Recruits qualified pilots and in late 2024 signed agreements with four flight schools (OSM Aviation Academy, CAPA, Lund University's TFHS, FTEJerez), some of whose students may be offered a position on completing their training, with a type rating on the aircraft the airline operates. Conditions vary over time: check the openings on Norwegian's careers site.

History of Norwegian
Founded on 22 January 1993 to take over Busy Bee's regional routes in western Norway with three Fokker 50s, Norwegian went on to become a low-cost airline flying Boeing 737s. The group acquired Widerøe in 2024 and in October 2025 took delivery of the first of 80 Boeing 737 MAX 8s on order.
Preparing for psychometric tests before a selection
Some pilot selections include psychometric tests. ForAllPilots does not say whether Norwegian uses them, or which ones: none of the series below is presented as Norwegian's.
To practise anyway, the site offers several series of exercises, included with the ATPL subscription. They are practice exercises, not official tests: ForAllPilots is not affiliated with any airline or any test publisher, and the exact rules or scoring may differ.
