Pilot recruitment at Jetfly Aviation
An almost all-Pilatus fleet: the PC-12 is a single-engine turboprop and the PC-24 a light twin jet, which suits pilots who want to fly into short and varied airfields across Europe. Jetfly runs its own Training Centre and publishes pilot-training terms on its careers page. The detailed criteria (licences, flight hours) and vacancies do not load without the recruitment module: check the conditions and open positions on the Jetfly careers page.
Recruitment information is given as a guide only (public sources, subject to change over time): always check the current conditions on the airline's careers site.
History of Jetfly Aviation
Founded in Luxembourg in 1999, Jetfly was taken over in 2010 by two entrepreneurs together with a group of investors. The company built up fractional ownership on the Pilatus PC-12 and later added the PC-24 twin jet. It celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2026.
Preparing for psychometric tests before a selection
Some pilot selections include psychometric tests. ForAllPilots does not say whether Jetfly Aviation uses them, or which ones: none of the series below is presented as Jetfly Aviation's.
To practise anyway, the site offers several series of exercises, included with the ATPL subscription. They are practice exercises, not official tests: ForAllPilots is not affiliated with any airline or any test publisher, and the exact rules or scoring may differ.
- BQ psychometric tests: cubes, matrices and word problems
- CUT E / AON psychometric tests: deductive reasoning, landing and tunnel
- COMPASS psychometric tests: flying a flight display and orientation
- DLR psychometric tests: spatial orientation, vigilance and perception
