Pilot recruitment at NetJets Europe

NetJets Europe is a separate entity from NetJets in the US (where pilots choose from more than 200 US bases). It flies everything from light jets to long-range aircraft (Phenom 300, Citation XLS and Latitude, Challenger 350/650, Global 6000) under a Portuguese AOC, so an EASA licence is the reference. Vacancies for European crews are listed under « NetJets Europe Crewmember Careers » on the NetJets careers site. Experience requirements and bases are not set out on the careers landing page: check current openings on the NetJets Europe careers site.

Recruitment information is given as a guide only (public sources, subject to change over time): always check the current conditions on the airline's careers site.

History of NetJets Europe

NetJets traces its roots to Executive Jet Airways, founded in the US in 1964 with ten Learjet 23s. Richard Santulli bought the company in 1984 and launched the NetJets fractional ownership programme in 1987. NetJets Europe started in 1996, and Berkshire Hathaway acquired the whole group in 1998.

Preparing for psychometric tests before a selection

Some pilot selections include psychometric tests. ForAllPilots does not say whether NetJets Europe uses them, or which ones: none of the series below is presented as NetJets Europe's.

To practise anyway, the site offers several series of exercises, included with the ATPL subscription. They are practice exercises, not official tests: ForAllPilots is not affiliated with any airline or any test publisher, and the exact rules or scoring may differ.
