A heading dial and its value in figures, changing every two seconds, and tones to listen to at the same time: flag every mismatch and every tone heard three times in a row. Visual and auditory vigilance.
A practice exercise, not an official test: it does not reproduce the test of any school or airline, and it measures neither your medical fitness nor your level as a pilot.
